Good service and very knowledgeable staff. Took me a second to find the store. It's located right next to metro pcs.

They just closed in front of my nose besides their schedule :

As someone who knew absolutely nothing about shipping the first time I walked in, the staff at this location was a godsend. They have been patient, helpful and kind on my many visits.

Terrible experience worker couldn't make a simple copy i asked for 2 sets never agai 15 minutes wasted got got my money back

This store has the best customer service I've ever encountered. The workers there are very nice and respectful.

They wanted 2.00 per label for an Amazon return which im pretty sure they are reimbursed for. Hard pass.

I live in NC and I needed to get some emergency obituaries printed to be picked up in Newark and a representative by the name of Felix I believe this is his name went out of his way to assist me. Thank you Felix and The UPS Store!!
