If I could give them zero stars I would. The company Hopsy uses them for deliveries and requires a signature which is great, except for the fact that twice they just left my beer outside without knocking on my door and once they said it was delivered but to the wrong address aka "the driver wanted to keep it so he scanned it as delivered." The deliveries either come opened and missing items or a day late. Today I was supposed to get a delivery and had my front door wide open so I would know when they came and so my 3 dogs would alert the whole town of their arrival. My tracking said that they attempted a delivery meanwhile the dogs didn't make a peep all day and at the time of their "attempted delivery" I was with my daughter in the exact room as the front door. I don't know how a company can stay in business after how many complaints I've heard from other people and with the first hand experiences I've had.

Omg. Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Claims they attempt to deliver but did not and return my item.

From personal experience on several occations, this is the worst delivery service, hands down. That's all that needs to be said.

Really bad warehouse. Always a mess
