Great service. I went to a different UPS location the rate was 50% higher. I arrived this store very close to their closing time, the guy works there measures every correctly and give me great rates, very friendly and nice.

Horrible customer service. The lady's today were rude and could use a little training in how to treat people. If you don't like your job.....quit! Glad we have options when it comes to shipping and mailing!

Guy worker is rude but the females are very nice. It just depends who is working but the people there never seem happy! I’m picking another place to do my business with.

Helpful and nice staff! I set up a new PO Box, mailed letters and used the fax services during my move to the SW Valley, fast service in and out even through the Covid. Young staff is very patient and the owner on site makes everything a plus, she is very thorough!

Rude, unhelpful emoyees with bad attitudes who give you the impression you are borhering them. I will drive to the Durango store rather than deal with them.
