I called in regarding my package that has been missing for over a month and they were able to direct me to the correct customer service number. I appreciate the way they were straightforward and willing to help. Very impressed with their customer service.

Went here for notary and was told they don't do it past 5pm. SORRY SOME OF US HAVE JOBS and can't get there before 4pm.

Would be nice if they followed their posted times. Arrived at 8:52 A.M. and they were still closed up like a button with an 8 A.M. open time. What kind of business are you running? SMH
