Sometimes the wait/traffic can be a bit much however the customer service I received at this store is always exceptional. I sell items online so this is the most convenient location for me and I can appreciate the employees and their efforts to help everyone accordingly.

I enjoy this location and the staff is AMAZING
The manager refused to take my return because I did not have the digital box containing the return code on a mobile device. Another UPS Store a few miles away takes returns with the return code written on a piece of paper. The manager was matter of fact - no apology
Friendly and quick! I forgot to ask the employee’s name, but from the receipt it looks like it was India.
The guy working was fast, friendly and efficient. I'll be back again when needed.
