The Villages At Carver

These apartments are the worse! They are breaking into cars and apartments. The neighbors are loud, blasting music. The gate is ALWAYS broken. The trash overflows for days before they actually pick it up. Kids just running around outside no supervision. Maintenance is trash. It’s takes them weeks to complete one work order.

Every since Alexei has been here she has always been a helpful person on this property. Especially when it comes to the kids and she make sure we have great programs for the community. We all just love her and all she does. She's a blessing to us.

They looks nice and quiet from a distance. The grounds are kept up. No loitering

The Community Engagement Coordinator Alexei is awesome! She makes sure the residents have what we need. Food , activities and support.

I’ve had such a great experience with customer service specially Karla, Shelton, ray and Yolanda. Also I’m very happy with the apartment, the complex is very quiet and nice.
