You get what you pay for. This is stepping stone place. I wish I could post pictures of these backyard repairs. I’m guessing tenants are blocked from doing so. Like I said you get what you pay for. Also, anyone is allowed in your home without you being present which sucks.

I stopped in and spoke with Krystal about several maintenance issues. She assured me they we be addressed. After living here 4 years I didn’t believe her, but I must say in 24 hours all 4 of my work orders were completed. Thank You Krystal for getting “it” done!!!!
Lived here 1 year ago before moving to Florida... I still miss the people and events they run at Richmond hill!
This is supposed to be a gated community and the gate has been open for over six months. "A WOMAN WITH PURPOSE"
