Seems to be quiet, my God they will rent anyone an apartment. I THINK I WILL PASS ON THIS PROPERTY. MOSTLY MEXICAN AND BLACK ,DID SEE AN ASIAN OR TWO. BUT GREAT SECURITY GATE AND REALLY QUIET.AND VERY CLEAN
After a long day of seeing many spots in ATL this was the one . Giselle the leasing consultant was amazing & super helpful . looking forward to my experience here .
I have had a great experience living at Balfour East Lake. The customer service is great! The application process was quick and easy. I applied and got a response from someone the next day and I was approved and ready to go two days after that. The neighbors are friendly and I love the fact that the community has secured gate entry.
