I have been a resident for seven years. I am not only in love with my unit & closet, however I love the peace and serenity the complex offers. All of my neighbors are quiet working people which is a huge plus for me. My fur babies just love the open space

I’ve enjoyed living here so far. I don’t think I could find a better location for price and safer neighborhood. The added security makes me feel more at ease being new to the area as well.

I moved here to see gucci or oj da juice...no gucci...no juiceman....

I lived in this place from March 2016-May 2019. I had so beautiful memories in their and I’ve never faced any kind of troubles with my neighbors or the the leasing office.

Currently been living here almost 2 years. Even though management has changed, it is still welcoming. I love the package concierge, valet trash, on-site security, and the cameras. I feel safe and appreciated as a resident. I love that maintenance is always quick to respond. Overall, Artesian East Village is a nice place to live.

This apartment complex has repeatedly failed to take care of basic repairs in my apartment. My washing machine flooded my kitchen two weeks ago, and I will be waiting another week three weeks total for the maintenance person to fix it. Management has no sense of urgency or care for the residents.
