I had a wonderful experience shopping for eyeglasses! Chris P. helped me and he gave me excellent service! He was very knowledgeable, spoke clearly so I could hear every word he said through his double masks, and he was efficient and made good use of our time. The variety of eyeglass frames was impressive. I highly recommend Walmart Optical at Keeaumoku!! Thank you to a great optician, Chris!

Walmart Keeaumoku Vision Center has THE BEST staff ever. All of the staff, from their front office to customer service to Dr. Paul and Dr. Kristina are knowledgeable and willing to help with any issue. I’ve known both doctors for years and am so proud of them and the culture they have cultivated at Walmart. Everyone is so kind and go above and beyond to help, make your comfortable, explain thoroughly, and truly make you feel like family. I recall a time when I ran out of contacts, and they provided two week trials while my contacts were being shipped. There was also a time I needed help figuring out how many boxes of contacts to order, and Cherise helped me calculate how many I would need for the year taking my insurance into account. My entire family goes here and I would highly recommend anyone needing any type of eye care to come here!!

Love the stuff, always nice and friendly, great help, whenever you get questions. And one a while they had some great events to boost up the sales, and giving out free great stuff. Love it this place, come and check it out Also great skills, I like my new glasses

Joseph was very informative, knowledgeable, patient and gave me an education in Eyewear at my tender age of 66. I have never used prescription eye glasses or had a need to educate myself about it, yet, I worked in the legal profession where we read and write a lot for 40 years. Mahalo, Joseph!

Visited the vision center today, Joseph was very pleasant and helpful. He made my experience enjoyable.

Do not do not do not get your glasses here. Pay a few more dollars and go somewhere else. I had a pair of glasses from them for 1 day one of the lenses falls out and I had to pay for a new lense. LOL joke of an establishment. Costco has comparable rates and no issues go there or elsewhere please.

I went to this location in 2017 and recently came back to get a new prescription and nothing has changed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's run by a a dad and daughter! So cool!!! Back in 2017, I went in first with Dr. Paul Lim and he was so helpful! I came back this month and was taken care of by his daughter Dr. "Tina" Lim. The process of my exam was simple and easy. She answered any questions I had. I felt so comfortable there. I will definitely be back. Thank you again!!!

Dr. Lin was absolutely wonderful. He was very friendly, professional and explained everything in thorough detail. I really appreciate all of the effort the staff took to sanitize everything properly between patients. Thank you all for a great experience!

Went in to get my prescription updated yesterday and I had the pleasure in having dr. Lin . She was so attentive, kind , informative and helpful in everything . She went above and beyond and so did the entire staff . Mahalo !
