The Vistro Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine

The owner is super nice. The produce is fresh & the food is flavorful. We got the spring rolls, all fresh produce, shrimp & marinated pork. We also got the sandwich with a 1/2 lb. of marinated beef for only $9! And the beef wasn’t some cheap, chewy steak. It was marinated, moist & not dry! The rice bowl we got pork was so good! The jasmine rice is perfect & fresh. I’m not sure how he turns a profit, the prices are too low in my opinion; with quality & quantity he could get a higher price. We will be returning again, this place is a hidden gem.

I’m a fan of Vietnamese food and we are fortunate to have many excellent restaurants in our area. Today a friend and I had lunch at Vistro and were highly impressed. We ordered the Pho Ga and the summer rolls my 'test’ menu items for a new restaurant. Both were outstanding; well executed and tasty. I will be back soon with my wife.

One of the best kept secrets in Dayton. When the word gets out, look out! Excellent Pho to rival Lihn's Bistro. Delicious and fresh ingredients. Don't let the location or facade fool you. Excellent tea as well. And the price is beyond reasonable.

I love The Vistro. We are lucky to have a lot of good options for Vietnamese food in Dayton--Lihn's, Little Saigon, Xuan, and Wat Da Pho are all solid, and all have dishes that they do better than their competitors. The Vistro, though--their pho and their soft rolls are *easily* the best in Dayton. My only complaint is that the location isn't fantastic, mostly because of the parking.

Best pho I have tried in Dayton !! Love the food and service. So far I have tried the beef pho, grill shrimp roll and beef sandwich and it was amazing!! Come and support local business! You wont regret it!

This restaurant is an unexpected gem! The service is fast and friendly, the food is delicious. The inside of this restaurant looks like a charming little cafe. This is a very good casual date location. I would highly recommend.

My girlfriend dragged me here, and while it doesn't look like much on the outside, this place is wonderful. The food was well made and delicious, and it has a nice atmosphere. This is a new regular place to get food for me.

Truly a hidden gem. I've only ordered take out from here and have yet to sit down and dine in, but holy moly, my take out food was amazing! I highly recommend this place.

One of the best bowls of Pho I've had in a long time--delicious find and we are lucky to have this in Dayton!
