Emily incredibly rude! Was impatient with me at the foot measuring machine for orthotics. When I handed her my three shoe options, she tossed them to the side before going back to get my size. She seemed bored and hates her job. I had to find work shoes. This type of store seems to be what I have to go to. So I stayed. Think I will be happy with the shoes since I just spent nearly an hour at Sketchers to find nothing. Couldn't wait for an online store. But service sucked here!!! Considering I dropped nearly $200 for shoes!! I was in the store maybe 20 minutes start to finish.

Emily was awesome. I bought two pairs of shoes from Emily and she couldn't have been nicer. She was so sweet and helpful. She talked to my 8 yo son who was bored out of his mind while I tried on shoes and pranced around the store. Two pair of Danskos. I couldn't be happier. Look how cute my shoes are. Thanks Emily! I will be buying all of my shoes for you. So comfy!

Awesome store and great staff. They seem a little smaller than other Walking Company stores but they are super nice if there is something that they don’t stock the staff will have you try on a similar item and ship you the style you want. The foot device was really cool. I can see where I put the most pressure on my foot and they have orthotics you can put in shoes. Some of the shoes come with them or you can buy them alone to put them in other shoes. It’s a neat store you should really go in for all your shoes.

This store is smaller than the Denver store but just as friendly. On our last visit, the staff out did themselves. We need specific shoes for picky feet and they had an abundance of well made shoes to choose from and try on. We live about an hour away but it is worth the drive to have happy feet. I have always been completely satisfied with my purchases especially the ones I purchased for a trip to Europe where we walked and walked and walked. Love the abeo brand!

Awesome show store with a focus on comfortable all-day shoes. Lupe was fantastic. She sat down with my wife and after measuring her, helped her try on half a dozen pairs then had her walk around for a while in each one. Good individual attention to her customers. Thank you!

A few months ago, I walked into the walking Company with much hesitation that we would find what what we were looking for. I had with me, my 9 year old daughter who was recovering from a brain tumor removal and stroke, and my grandparents. My daughter needed a good pair of shoes that would not only be the correct size but also fit a brace that she would now have to wear long term. Julieanne was the most patient person, helping us try on various types and sizes of shoes. She helped us find just the right pair. My daughter was in heaven we found the perfect pair of shoes that fit both feet nicely even with the brace. Julianne also help provide arch support for the foot that was not in a brace. My daughter left there one happy girl! And my grandparents and I are forever grateful for the kindness that was shown to us that day! My daughter is still wearing the shoes and they are holding up so well! I will be going back for sure when we need a new pair even though we were from another state.

So happy to find this speciality shoe store open on a Sunday in Salt Lake City, Utah. We were able to purchase a nice pair of shoes quickly and get on with our day. Kelley, the sales associate that helped us, was very knowledgeable, proficient and attentive we left feeling confident in our purchase.

I'm glad to know that Utah has my favorite shoe store. Normally I visit their outlet in Boise, Idaho. I actually needed to exchange shoes bought in Boise. The clerk was amazing and helpful. Thanks!

Pathetic. Everything is ridiculously over priced and they only had 1 of the shoes I asked about in my size. 12 is not that uncommon of a size. Then when I asked if they could hey some in so I could try them they said I'd have to pay for them first. All this while standing under a sign that says "Yes... we have it" claiming to have 1,000,000 yeah a million variations in the store. First and last time in the store.

Customers Service was great. Store was clean Paige was very patient with me trying on shoes,and answering all my questions. Thanks to Paige I hope to be walking better here soon.
