Stopped here for a short period of time while out with some friends coming from floods. Would for sure say this place was much better then floods but still pretty unorganized and a little messy. The service was also slow here but they were super busy during our visit. Less of a dance floor here but I don't dance anyways haha!
Not never a dull moment at this bar the DJ is always on point always packed and a nice friendly crowd the drinks are reasonably priced as well to be a downtown establishment most definitely would check this spot out again went for my birthday and would go again.
I went in and asked the bartender for a shot of tequila, I wasn’t sure what type so I told him any type is fine and this person went and picked the most expensive tequila; I had bought 6 shots not realizing he had selected a expensive tequila and my bill came to $90…I mean I get it your trying to make money but that extremely unethical in ny opinion. Other than that. Good vibes.
We searched for this vibe all night and I'm absolutely sure Jackie is the best bartender in all of downtown Detroit.
Late night spot mixed bar enjoyed the locals
It is a laid back bar. The drinks are good. The bartenders weren't very talkative and the bar area was crowded. It took 30 minutes to get a drink. The DJ played pretty chill music. Nothing thar really made me want to get on the dance floor. But a lot of older hits.
A decent inconspicuous hangout spot to chill for the night. Small interior though. But a racially mixed crowd. A lot of dancing going on despite the congestion. Nothing crazy. Just a right turn walk up from Buffalo Wild Wings. Which is a convenience. Makes for a nice transition to keep a dull night going.
They where very homophobic….. they have a problem with male gays and that’s not right. The security was very rude. I understand that nobody is suppose to dance on chairs but if it was a female they would have gave a warning, but because it was a male they kicked him out the club with no warning. We wasn’t even in there 30 minutes and spent 100$ on drinks. If it was a female they would have gave her a warning. It was add first time and didn’t know you can’t dance on chairs instead of him telling us aye guys you can’t dance like that here they kicked us out all cause of a male dancing on a chair instead of a female
This been my home for 8 years, love this place good vibes
