The Wellness Center of Northwest Jersey

I began my journey at the Wellness Center of Northwest Jersey at the end of April. I have been doing the personal training of 3x/week with my trainer Mike DeRosa and it has been OUTSTANDING!!! The way I look and feel has been priceless!! The amount of energy strength and body awareness I get from working out has been fantastic. I have received so many compliments on how my body has transformed itself in such a short amount of time. I would highly recommend the wellness center to anyone who is looking into becoming a healthier stronger version of themselves. I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed. :) Thank you to my trainer Mike as well as everybody at the wellness center for being such amazing individuals!

I have been going to the wellness center for about a year. I see Lori for nutrition and weight loss information--and it has worked; I've lost most of the weight I wanted to and kept it off. I see Adele for Pilates. I highly recommend Pilates and Adele who always makes sure I'm doing things right! I also do personal training and have had sessions with several--all very good! The people at the center can help you reach your health and fitness goals whatever they are.
