The hotel itself is nice. It's nestled in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The best part is it's a 5 minute or less walk to the Lenx Mall. However for the price I thought that the rooms were not spacious enough. I could've stayed in a double tree and had more space for less money.
I would leave them 0 stars if I could. I had a horrible experience from beginning to end. My bad experience started at check -in when I was told that the room that I reserved corner room was not available. The issue with the room no longer being available and any difference in rates was never explained. The next day, I spoke to someone else at the front desk who explained the issue and that the room in fact was available. The problem with me not receiving my preference of the type of room that I reserved could have been resolved if the person who checked me in to the hotel had taken time out to see what the actual problem was. Second, I had to call the front desk twice to have someone to bring towels up it took them 4 hours. Third, after I requested towels, from that point forward, every time I called the front desk, someone would pick up and hang up. The people at the front desk and the bartenders were rude and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
Room advertised a hot tub. No hot tub even on the premises. Soap was empty. Phone didn’t work. Only half the lights worked. Stain on the floor. I was so tired I didn’t feel like dealing with it. Definitely not worth 250 dollars.Rooms: 1/5
Had Christmas lunch at The Palm. It was during Atlanta’s Deep Freeze and while dining the fire suppression system had frozen and burst in another area of the restaurant. The staff handled with aplomb and service was not disrupted at all! It made for a memorable Christmas and bravo to the staff! They are definitely pros!
Beautiful hotel in the heart of it all. Great staff. Nice Lounge on the 21st floor. A plethora of bars and restaurants in walking distance. The lobby bar was also a good starting point. The staff was helpful in planning an evening out.
This hotel was just OK. The rooms were small and the bathroom was extra large. Everything was clean and staff were super nice but the location was next to an upscale mall and the restaurants nearby were just ok. Nothing special here and way too pretend fancy.Rooms: 2/5
Really nice hotel. Parking is overpriced and should be free with room. Be prepared to spend 45 dollars a night for that. Room was pretty nice. Bed slept well and was pretty comfy. I would stay again.Rooms: 4/5
Great location. Located walking distance to Lenox Square mall. Club level room was nice. Didn't feel brand new nor super outdated, just average. The lounge was open and the included food was okay. Appreciated the open cooler full of sodas and waters that was available even after the lounge "closed". Good view of the city. TVs were old and parts of the bathroom needed renovation but still felt clean. Front desk was awesome and friendly. No good public workstation though. I have my iPad with me and needed to do something on a desktop and my options were.... 1. A business center that charged $6/15 minutes Or 2. The old computer in the lobby that only runs a version of Internet Explorer so old Gmail won't even allow you to login. Just a few updates needed and it would be 5/5 Walkability: Across the street to Lenox Square mall and dozens of restaurants
To the Director of Front Desk, with the unique name, who showed my family how customer service suppose to be when you’re having an issue. He is a bonus to the hotel and should be commended for his role and knowledge about hospitality. I couldn’t say enough and will be returning back there as long as he is still around. Kudos!Rooms: 4/5
I was here a couple of days for a conference. The hotel is very nice - rooms, amenities, meeting spaces, bar area, etc. I was very struck that every interaction I had with anybody who worked there was positive, friendly and helpful.Rooms: 5/5
