The Whitby Bar and Restaurant

Went for afternoon tea. The scones were really great. Sandwiches and dessert tier was average. The pear and ginger cake was great though. The decor is really nice.

Was there for a small birthday gathering with friends and family. Great atmosphere and the service was outstanding. The menu from top to bottom is to die for. Again cannot say enough about the staff true class act.

Amazing attention to detail from the plates and linen napkins to the art + wallpaper in the bathrooms. Top notch service, can’t wait to try the afternoon tea.

Went for Tea. It was wonderful. The decor is unique and a bit eclectic but very enjoyable. I didn't think it would be enough food but we weren't even able to finish everything. Finger sandwiches, 4 kinds and mini deserts plus 2 kinds of scones with incredible clodded cream and a choice of jams.

Came here for restaurant week. The interior of the restaurant was very elegant and impressive. And also the foods were great. The drinks were little higher price than other bars

Delightful lunch the first time. Saw a celebrity. excellent service. Edit: the clotted cream was not clotted in the afternoon tea. -1 star.

Went during restaurant week and the food was very good with a good wine menu. Would definitely come back during non restaurant week too

Enjoyed the unexpected visit here. Lovely interior design and welcoming atmosphere. Bartender was personable and attentive. It was quiet too which was great for conversation.
