The Windward

The Windward is incredible. I've lived here for about one year now and have nothing but positive things to say. The sense of community is incredible, everyone is friendly and genuine! The units and facilities are clean, modern and professional. Most importantly, I feel safe here no matter the time etc. There are a few fulltime maintenance people that keep everything in order. Alex, Alyce and Stephanie work in the leasing office and are incredibly friendly and approachable. I love it here!!

My wife, Britney and I have had a very positive experience with The Windward Apartments and the staff. When we originally leased at The Windward, Alex helped us find a place that fit our requests quickly after a brief phone call, we felt very comfortable to lease a unit sight unseen. We have lived in the Windward for a few months and our tenant experience has been excellent. The level of thought and preparation that went into making the building a VIP experience matches the price. Comparatively there are many cheaper places to live however in this case you really do get what you paid for. The amenities are thoughtful and well maintained, the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly. You can't ask for a better building or Staff. After a few months into our lease we had an incident that required renters insurance to step in. I was very concerned that my interactions with the property manager would be confrontational and difficult. To the contrary, Steffney the Senior Property manager called me almost immediately to check in on us and find out if we had been provided alternate living accommodations. She took over from there and communicated with insurance to achieve the best result for all involved. My wife and I are multiple business owners and know the value of having the best team around you. Steffney, Alex, and the Maintenance Team at The Windward Apartments are kind and helpful, unwavering in the services they provide to residents. We feel confident in recommending them to anyone wondering if The Windward is their next home.

I’ve been living at the Windward for a couple months now and absolutely LOVE IT. It’s probably the best location and luxury apartment in LO. The staff here is so kind, personable and professional. I had a maintenance request a few days ago and they came so fast and not just fixed what I asked for, but even checked out more stuff in my apartment without having to ask to make sure everything was good. Went above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier and more pleased to live here!

I have lived at this property for over four years. It has been an outstanding time. The property is very well managed by a small group of professionals. The maintenance staff are knowledgable and very personable. To have so many amenities within walking distance is also a huge plus. The city of Lake Oswego feels like a safe environment and it is a wonderful walking community. The Windward is very well placed to take advantage of a great location.

Our tour guide was Kind, knowledgeable and easy going. Took the time to show us everything and answer any questions to had to the best of her ability. Gorgeous complex with a peaceful welcome home feel. We appreciate the quality.

Very nice place! That said, I think the cleanliness could be better. For instance, the spa is a bit dirty around the edges. Also hallway carpet on our floor could use a cleaning. Honestly, I am probably pickier than most so please do not let my opinions deter you from checking out the property.

Incredibly disappointed with the Windward Apartments. The prices are insanely high, amenities are broken and neighboring business are loud. The staff acts stuck up and are disliked by the residents.

Moving into Windward gets better every day. The staff could not be more helpful - thank you Alyce, for the great referrals and ever helpful attitude and warmth. This place has a lot to offer. I am happy to have found my spot- thank you Alex for working with my list of wants and needs.

We have been living at the Windward for almost one year and have become impressed with the efficiency of the maintenance staff and how quickly maintenance issues are addressed. Last week Jose was in our apartment taking care of some maintenance items that we had posted. Every interaction we have had with Jose has been pleasant and we feel that he cares about the quality of his work; we would like to let you know we appreciate him and his dedication to the Windward residents. I recently toured the Windward Community located in Lake Oswego. I was looking at selling my primary home in the local area and was exploring options for apartments. The location is fantastic, walking distance to all my favorite restaurants and bars. I toured the property and was impressed by the friendly staff, who all took the time to greet me always a good first impression. The leasing staff were excellent and spent time explaining everything the property has to offer. A special mention to Alyce for a great tour. I will definitely be moving here once my house sells.
