The Zenith

We lived at the Zenith for four years and only recently moved away to buy a house. We loved every minute of our time here! Every staff member we’ve dealt with has been professional and courteous, and on the rare occasion that we had a maintenance issue, Matt went above and beyond to quickly fix anything we needed! Of course we made great use of living across the street from Camden Yards, but it’s also an easy walk to the Hippodrome and to the inner harbor. And when the weather isn’t great for walking around, there’s nothing more relaxing than watching the rain through the full height windows!!

We stayed at The Zenith through Pelican Properties in Baltimore. It was perfect! We were literally across the street from Camden Yards! The location was perfect & within walking distance to everything! The view was amazing & it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The front desk employees were also great! They had so much great information to give us about the city & helped us immensely with transpiration questions. There are so many different trains/trams and other forms of public transportation in that area. On our final day our flight was leaving much later than our check-out time & they had other guests arriving so we couldn’t get late check out but they let us leave our luggage at the front desk & locked it away for us until we came back before our flight. If we ever make our way back to Baltimore we will definitely be staying here again!

I had an appointment scheduled for 10am. Nobody showed by 10:30 to give me a tour, so I left. If leasing agents are unable to be in by 10am, that time should be taken off the website for tour availability. Very unprofessional. I’m disappointed because I was excited to tour.

Good place to live if you work nearby, the front desk staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Close to the stadium, there's a couple of bars right below it. The terrace space is cool and makes for a great place to grill and have a few drinks. They have *hidden* charges that the management is not always the best communicating about unless you're particular aboutt reading each sentence of your lease. Overall, good location.

The Zenith is a beautiful hi-rise in downtown Baltimore. While offering some of the best views in the city, it’s a short distance from all of the main attractions downtown. The staff is extraordinary. From leasing, to the concierge, to maintenance. Everyone at the Zenith is friendly, attentive, and responds to requests in a timely manner. Working with them is always a pleasure. Every day is a great day at The Zenith.

We moved to Zenith in 2017 and we have renewed our lease 5 times since then. The location of Zenith is simply unbeatable - you are in the middle of the city and still your residence is private, quiet and the most importantly "Super Safe". The community is all what you need - a safe indoor garage parking, 24x7 Concierge, a cool gym, lounge area and my apartment gets an amazing view of the city and the stadium! I can sit by the large Venetian style windows and watch the city skyline! And now the best part - The building management staff!! Since the time, the new management took, there has been a sea of change. Led by their super dynamic manager - Candice, this is one of the most caring, helpful and attentive head we have ever seen. Candice leads from the front and nothing misses her sharp eyes! She able assisted by Linda, an amazing Concierge Head - whose welcoming smile gladdens you when you enter the building. Matt, the maintenance guy - who just loves to fix broken things and has been a life saver on many occasions! The very fact that we have been living here for 5 years is a testimony of 'how happy' we are at the Zenith. And with their current wonderful staff, I dont think I'll be moving anywhere else in the near future :-

Going on my fourth year here at the Zenith and have no complaints or regrets! First, the staff are incredible! Everyone greets you with a smile and says hello when you're coming or going. The building is kept very clean 24/7. Maintenance issues are fixed within 24 hours and its always a job well done. Second, the location and views are unbeatable being this close to the stadiums! Third, the amenities are fantastic and the management does not shy away from looking for more and more ways to upgrade and renovate to keep this place feeling high-end! Not to mention all the ways they provide community engagement for the residents to further make it feel like a home! I have referred many friends, and strangers, to live here and nobody has any regrets!

The people were very friendly at the front desk. I went for a tour with Shantel who was very knowledgeable and helped me make a decision. Very pleasant experience definitely recommend

I have lived here about 6 months now, and it’s been a great experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and for the building to feel like a community. For example, having holiday parties for the residents. Maintenance is also extremely responsive and handles any issues right away. The building is always clean, neighbors are respectful, and the units themselves are spacious and up to date. Zenith is really a unique and great place to live!

We have lived in The Zenith for about a year now and it has been absolutely perfect. From an extremely friendly and helpful staff, nice residents, and beautiful renovations, I am grateful every day to have chosen this building. The amenities and spaces are always clean and accessible and the location can't be beat!
