Rick and John did a great job of upgrading our system. They were easy to work with and listened to what we needed instead of selling us what they had. They are very responsive to questions and issues. The new system is much easier to use and more reliable than the old system. I would definitely use them again.

Great experience in problem solving a hidden HDMI cable issue (not Theatron installation) to replace with a Cat 6 cable for future upgrade. Friendly, knowledgable and filled with creative ideas/solutions.

Theatron (Rick and John) came to our house and prepared a detailed plan of action to encompass all of our issues and desires. From this they prepared a detailed price quote for us to choose what we wanted to accomplish based on the price quoted. An implementation plan was developed wherein they had to coordinate with the contractor for the home renovation. They worked continuously with the contractor to determine the exact timing of their work, completed the various phases of the work without interfering with the contractor to include the final phase of completely programing all the equipment and loading in all personal information. The final step, perhaps the hardest, was to train all the users on the system which was accomplished over 3 separate visits as we became more aware of the system capabilities. Ultimately as we had questions, Rick and John spent time on line with us to re-educate us or fine tune the programing to our new environment. The whole process was extremely well organized and implemented. We Love our new Savant System. Thanks Guys!

Incredible service!! We just moved to the area and needed assistance activating our Control4 system that was left by the previous homeowner. Called the company that installed the system and they wanted to charge us $750-$1500 for reactivation. I called Theatron and they were out within a few hours, got my entire theater system working, for LESS than half the price. Great guys...great experience!!

Theatron installed a TV and sound bar for us. Incredibly helpful in selecting the right equipment. Was able to schedule the installation quickly. And they did an exceptional job on the installation itself. We could not be happier with the service they provided.
