Absolutely terrible. I have been talking circles with this company regarding my alarm system for over 1 1/2 years now. My alarm has gone off 5 times where we received no phone call. Most recently my alarm went off on 4/20. I did not receive a call to ensure this was a false alarm. When I called to follow up I was told a manager would call me back. On 5/3 I was able to get a manager on the phone, but was told she needed to pull the reports and that she would call me the next day. Fair enough. Except I never received a phone call back. I called again today on 5/14 regarding my alarm system and was able to speak to the same manager. She argued that she has been calling. No voicemail was left. She said she told her assistant to email me. No email. At this point I am paying to have something in my house for decoration. They refuse to let me out of my contract even though they are not holding up their end. In my opinion it has been an absolute nightmare and a big waste of money.

UPDATE on my previous review: Trinity Monitoring really stepped up. The President of the company contacted me because it was important to him to make things right with any customer who has had a bad experience with them. I commend them for their willingness to take the time to understand my concerns. It's nice to see that customer service is important to them and I am grateful. I will definitely give them my business in the future, as customer service is everything to me.

Was skeptical with a new home purchase to consider technology upgrades and whole home wiring - but could not be happier with the decision and guidance from this stellar staff! Noel was a super consultant and made cogent recommendations to automate our home; ensure security; and engineer a home network that is second-to-none! Install day was chaotic and I did not quite understand the interface and mobile advantages (moving day was chaotic). No problem...A call to Trinity had Ritchie on my doorstep the next day. Ritchie was patient; helped show me the programming features and linked our system to our mobile phones. Additionally, Ritchie made some recommendations that we were unaware of (such as integrating our garage doors to open/close with our home security system). Today was the pinnacle....Ritchie and apprentice Danate showed up to install the garage integration and install other user features! To say we have found a company that has exceeded expectation is rare....Trinity has demonstrated their customer commitment to us as new clients over and over again. We look forward to a long-standing relationship and recommend buyers consider their amazing services, talented workforce, and integrated technologies in their home purchase! A+++ ~DocSkip

I recommend being very careful with this company. They have, in the past, offered to pay for your equipment if you enter a contract and then continue to charge you even after you try to cancel the contract at the END of the term. They've also tried to double charge me twice. The wiring job for our new house was very poor. They charged $975 for connections for a TV over the fireplace but it only included basic cables, so we had to run everything else along the wall, which defeated the purpose of having them wire a port above the fireplace to begin with. The cables were all poorly marked with illegible magic marker, forcing us to use trial-and-error to make sense of which cable went to each room from the switchbox in the basement. The switchbox itself was a mess. We've tried to cancel our contract well after the term, and they still continue to charge us after we've sent final payments twice now. At one point when I called about a problem with the alarm going off, the lady on the phone was very condescending, though to be fair, one of the managers was much more sincere on the phone the next day when I called back. Still, when the fire alarm went off erroneously, firemen had to inspect our house and got soot on the carpets and walls, as well as some nicks, so the alarm was very inconvenient. This is just one family's experience, and maybe others have fared better. As for me, I'll never let them touch my house again.
