Good! I placed a pick-up order online few days ago and called this store for updates. A male said “Thom Browne” with nothing else. I literally said” I placed a pick up order and can I please check whether the order has been delivered.” I got an instant hung up. What a nice customer service!

We were really happy with our experience here. The staff was very friendly and did a great job of answering all of our questions and letting my wife try on a bunch of different items. After reading some of the reviews we were a bit worried they would be snotty, but not in the least. Very helpful and professional. We will be back.

Those shoes! Gimme. Odd location, gates on windows, unfriendly from the outside, sales person was great, clothes are great.
