Dr. Stern is really wonderful. I grew up in very bad circumstances; we didn’t always have a roof over our head let alone running water. You can imagine what that does to one’s teeth when they never had any type of dental care. I’ve spent my adult life trying to recover from the poor dental hygiene of my childhood but it’s certainly not financially a walk in the park. I have had some not so friendly experiences and it’s really overwhelming to walk into a new office and not know what to expect. Dr. Stern and staff are respectful and very kind. I had a follow up issue on a day that the office was closed and he still returned a message from me and took care of what I urgently needed help with. I was referred to him by a few locals as I am new to Philadelphia and I absolutely see why.

Dr. Stern and his staff have an amazing,caring practice. Straightforward, excellent care, and not trying to sell additional lucrative dental work like many other Dentists do. Best dental office I have experienced in 60 years! Highly recommend!!!!

The rating is for the doctor's office! The doctor is good, but there's a lack of communication between office staff. Just because the nurse was unable to relay my treatment history to the doctor which I clearly discussed with her in detail, I was charged an inconvenient amount for a duplicate xray that could've clearly been avoided. So make sure you discuss the charges beforehand if you want to avoid surprise charges.

I.m a new patient, Dr. STERN was referred by friends, and I'm grateful! He is thorough, explains procedures, options, etc. After 1 exam, RCT was commended for a recent broken tooth-filling he had a colleague, called for me, I was fitted in. All staff have been professional, friendly, organized. I would highly recommend Dr. STERN and his team.

Dr. Stern and his team are one and a million! I honestly believe my dental investment and care would have been MUCH improved had I seen Dr. Stern from the beginning. He is honest, knowledgeable and invests in only the best equipment. I trust him, which I've never said regarding to dentistry. Carol at the front desk, dental hygienist and his assistant are exceptional as well. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been going to Dr.Stern for a few years now and I’ve always had a great experience. From the office cleanliness to his competent and wonderful staff and his knowledge and expertise in dentistry I highly recommend him!!

Excellent dentist who is sharp, thorough and thoughtful. He explains the process that he’s doing as he’s doing it and consults with me about my treatment. The practice has a great team of hygienists and assistants who are top shelf, and Carol at the front desk is Dr. Stern’s secret weapon. She helps me get an appointment when I need one, calls me back when I leave a message and helps me work out dental insurance problems.

I’ve been dealing with a nagging issue for years. As a new patient, Dr. Stern took the time to get my complete dental history before thoroughly explaining all of my options for treatment. All of the staff I came in contact with were friendly and professional. They were even able to fit me in on short notice. Highly recommend.
