Three Seat Espresso

I absolutely love Three Seat Espresso. Best coffee in the city, amazing food make sure to try Avo toast number 2, great atmosphere.

The best new spot for a cut and a coffee. Great customer service, everyone is super friendly. Free coffee with haircut as well-- can't beat it. I live in Brooklyn but make my way out once every two weeks because it's so great. Perfect location across from the park, great prices and vibes. Don't miss!

My new favorite place to get a cappuccino. Love that it has two no laptop tables. Staff seem super nice. Good to people watch. If you don't want to sit inside, the cafe is across the street from Tompkins Square Park which has great seating. Not very large so don't recommend bringing in a stroller. Barber no longer exists.

Haircut + Coffee = perfect day. I got a cut with Avi and he did a stellar job. Highly recommend him. Incredibly attentive and made sure that I felt comfortable while having a great time. The coffee is also delicious and can be enjoyed while getting your haircut.

Honestly amazing coffee, can't beat it anywhere! Everyone there was so friendly, it's such a lovely spot. From their stellar avocado dishes to the freshly baked muffins you can't go wrong. You can even get a haircut in the back, it's the best!

Extremely chill place. Quite small, but not claustrophobic. Separated seating gives a private feel in a public place. I saw a lot of people using it as a workspace, and they have a small back room where I saw even more people working. I ordered a plain coffee, and it was delicious, very far above the burnt rocket fuel you get at Starbucks and even better than local coffee chain The Bean which I like. Dogs are welcome too!

THE best Edit: the avocado toast is a LIFESAVER, I don’t know what they do but it’s delicious. The coffee is consistently amazing, and they are dog-friendly. Perfect location, speedy service, friendly vibes. The ideal cafe. It’s THE only place to go for coffee. Also you always spot models/ celebrities in there on the weekends, pro tip.

Perfect coffee and customer service every time. Clean and fresh food menu - the crumpets with honey and cashew butter...! Gorgeous design, bright and light with views of the park, great spot to work, catch up with friends or people watch. Can't wait to try the wine and PM menu soon!

Place opened recently, and I've already had a great haircut from the one of the owners a couple of times. The coffee is spot on, and even better, it's complimentary with a haircut. Great addition to the neighborhood! Cheers

Wonderful cafe with most amazing coffee. I'm loving these Australian cafes in the city. We order the almond butter toast highly recommend! And the avo toast with the scrambled eggs. Both fantastic with fresh ingredients important.
