My wife and I were looking for a cabin and I had wanted to go it alone in order to negotiate a lower price. We visited 20+ different cabins listed by many different real estate agents and companies. Most of the agents we came across would almost immediately try and sell us on a different property they had listed if we didn't seem interested in the one we were at.
