In 2013 Craig Mische helped find our dream cabin. He was very professional when showing us a couple of options and answered any questions we had. His responses through email and phone calls were always handled in a timely manner. Since then, we have heard from Craig a handful of times to check in with us. Craig did a terrific job us in our lake home purchase. He understands the market; home values; and area lakes in terms of quality, market value, etc very well. He could always be counted on for timely and accurate information. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Craig was a true partner that added significant value beyond just referencing the MLS listings. He consulted with us on many other items including boats/etc, home furnishings, area utilities/goods/services, things to do in the Alex area, etc. Perhaps most importantly, we feel we got a very fair deal with Craig's guidance in terms of negotiating and settling on the final purchase price. We would highly recommend Craig to anybody in need of a real estate agent in the Alexandria area.

We listed our home with Craig last April, 2012, Craig is amazing when it comes to getting your listing "out there" for everyone in the world to see! He had a beautiful video made of the property and home and we have been very happy with the showings. Although we have not sold, it is definitely not Craig's fault, as he has worked very hard to get that done. Would recommend Craig Mische as a TOP realtor, friendly and professional and he always stays in contact with you! Great guy to know, whether you are selling or buying.

My husband and I were looking at purchasing a lake home this past year. We found that we would always go to Craig Mische’s website because it was so user friendly, up-to-date and had great pictures. One day, I emailed Craig a question and within minutes I was on the phone with him. He showed us several homes and we were so impressed with his knowledge of each home. He went above and beyond in finding out answers for us. Craig lined up other families to email us with their thoughts about Lake Victoria. He even sent us aerial pictures of our “future” home and the lake. We purchased our home in May and absolutely love the lake and the area. Craig was there for us each and every step in purchasing this home. We were so impressed with his down-to-earth personality, his professionalism and his attention to detail.
