Really great neighborhood spot! Solid menu with vegan & non vegan options. Wheelchair accessible, outside seating, pool table. Large selection of drinks non and alcoholic. I had the foster burger and sweet potato fries & it was great!

This review focuses on my infatuation with vegan poutine. I yearn for it and share my passion for it with others who are willing to listen. There are two places that I think offered the best vegan poutine. Yes, that was past tense. They were the Liquor Store on Belmont and my favorite version at the Highline Bar on Capitol Hill in Seattle, sadly both have closed. I'm not a poutine connoisseur but I know what I like. It's all about the gravy right. I like it think and not overly salted. Back to Thunderbird Bar. This place has a cool vibe, clean and with great artwork. It's also very spacious. For those using a wheelchair or crutches it has a ram. They have a pretty extensive vegan menu, though they do offer some real meat. This is bar food. I order the vegan poutine with vegan cheese and added vegan bacon. In hindsight, the bacon just added more salt to an already salty dish. If I ordered it again, I would pass on any additions. That being said, it was just okay. Compared to the thick and well seasoned versions from the HIghline and the Liquor Store. My hunt continues. Recommendations enouraged.

Drinks were wonderful and the food delicious. And it’s lovely inside. The staff is also super nice.

Love this place! The bartender was super awesome, approachable and answered all my drink questions with ease. Love that the menu is vegetarian and that this space has so much seating room inside and out on the patio. Space is very cozy and has lots of cool art on the walls.

Absolutely delicious vegan food and great atmosphere & service! Please get the vegan poutine, it will make up for any other bad poutines of your life and you'll see how good it should be ;

Came here to meet a date, left with a little less of my Mother’s respect. The food is fantastic they have cake!, the drinks are great, and the people are really attractive. I will say, the date did not go well. We aren’t together now, so maybe you won’t meet your soulmate… but you’ll get a good story and what else are we asking for in this life?

Our bartender Coco did a great job with providing our table with an excellent selection of drinks, each one better than the last. Our son described them as "strong but balanced". Our daughters liked the Cool Mom and the Gorgeous George. The food was delicious, especially the poutine!

If you’re into unique bars in the FoPo area, this place definitely foots the bill. Even better if you lean vegetarian. Being a former burger bar, you would never guess beef was the star of the show here before. Also if you enjoy the obscure sports on the TVs they do have, look no further.

This is an awesome cocktail bar with wonderful service, a cool menu, tasty vegan and vegetarian food, and a hip vibe. Their Texas Sun cocktail rocks and the side patio is really relaxing. Keep it up!

Vegan poutine? Yes please! The onion rings were the best I've ever had. The only drawback were barking dogs inside the restaurant and the overabundance of art featuring female nudity.
