I waited 46 minutes to get into dock which isn't that bad.  Once in the employees got right to it and I was loaded within 30 minutes.  I thought they were helpful and friendly

They have pallets blocking the dock. Trucks parked in the way. If you want us to load or unload you have to make sure we can back in.

Customer is definitely not first at this place.  Took 3 guys 2.5 hours to unload and relaod their company truck before they even started loading customer trucks.  Hope you have all day to wait and be treated like your less important than them.  They will make all kinds of excuses.
