I went here for a quick wash. My car was pretty dirty. I got the highest tier wash. Unfortunately, the wash shined the car up but it was still spotty after the wash. If your car is on the dirtier side, you will probably have to go multiple times for this to really clean the car. This may be common for these types of car washes, but I'm not experienced enough to know.
They always take care of my car well here! The people and staff working are kind, they greet you and even give your car an extra scrub before going into the wash. Never had a problem, a scratch, or complaint about the wash! And even when you come out they have extra staff to offer optional additional services to ensure your car is always taken care of !!! Vince is always there with a big smile and any help you could think of. For a car wash, they go completely beyond what I could have expected as far as service is concerned! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend!!!
I always get great service here, my car looks amazing every time and it can get pretty dirty being a white car! I will definitely continue coming !
Tidal wave has given me a wonderful experience all of the staff was great. Vince has the best customer service… keep up the good work… every time I visit which is everyday because I’m a member the lot is always clean… thank you tidal wave staff
Older Wash, BUT the customer service is stupendous and the washing experience is great, during my visit I got a chance to talk to the new General Manager Mr.Deangelo and he’s a great stand up guy, he’s entirely better than the last guy they had up there, I can’t wait to see what the future holds with him at the helm.
I’ve been coming to this place since they revamped it 2014 I believe. When they started to get all the bells and whistles. I really appreciate the neighborhood feel this place has maintained. The customer service is great and the owners and his team do a good job at keeping the place up! Neighborhood gem!
I have been to several Tidal’s and this has been the worst one so far. Half of the detailing stations were closed and one of the attendants older black “gentleman” starting yelling at us to move our cars because other cars were waiting to use the vacuums. I will not be returning
Great customer service they were very helpful by thoroughly explaining the different wash memberships and made sure I got a wash that satisfied my needs
I visited tidal wave 4/26/24 from Houston Texas. I was very impressed with the prompt service and courtesy of the staff. Mr Vince was extremely helpful to myself and other visitors. I had such a great experience I bought highest monthly subscription and couldn’t wait to get back to Texas to continue to use. Mr Vince has made my car wash experience and experience … way to go tidal wave …. Keep up the amazing work
