Story

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is an express car wash that uses a self-contained conveyor-belt system to push the car through the wash apparatus. The driver places the vehicle in neutral on the conveyor track and simply allows the belt to move the vehicle through each of the wash stations within the building. These stations include the initial rinse, a soap cycle, a brush, and another rinse cycle. It finishes with an air-dry system similar to a blow dryer. After the dry cycle, the car is released from the conveyor belt and the driver is able to place the car into drive to continue on his or her way.

In addition, Tidal Wave offers the opportunity for customers to vacuum their vehicles for as long as they wish for no additional charge. Unsurprisingly, this added benefit is one of the most popular features of a Tidal Wave wash!

Tidal Wave works hard to support the environment and does this by reclaiming and recycling up to 90% of the wash water. Washing a car at Tidal Wave helps conserve water and dispose of soap and detergents through environmentally safe methods.

Tidal Wave is also committed to innovation and customer service and demonstrates this by offering the Tidal Wave Club Plans. For only $29.99 per month, customers enjoy unlimited Tidal Wave Sea Foam washes ($20 each) and may wash as often as once per day. This pass is convenient for customers and allows them to expediently go through the wash. As customers approach the pay station, the scanners read a small barcode placed on the car window and the gate is raised immediately for the car to proceed to the wash area.

One of the ways Tidal Wave gives back is by providing fundraising opportunities. Schools, charitable organizations, athletic teams, civic groups, youth groups, sororities, fraternities and non-profit organizations really "clean up" using Tidal Wave's Community Partnership Program. In addition, the third Friday of September each year is Tidal Wave's Annual Charity Day, in which 100% of all car wash sales on this day are donated to a local charity and to the Joseph Sam's School for special needs children.
