Tiffany Lakes

I have lived at Tiffany Lakes since 2019 and it is convenient and friendly community. The latest maintenance man Tony, is a gem. He is courteous, attentive and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is super friendly no matter what time of the day it is, how busy he is or how hot or cold it is outside. He is consistently helpful and attentive. Good maintenance people are hard to come by. Very grateful he is at Tiffany Lakes.

Tony is the Maintenance Technician at Tiffany Lakes. I appreciate Tony because he is knowledgeable, reliable, and efficient. Tony is trustworthy and even friendly to my dog. So kudos to Tony, the best Maintenance Technician ever!

Beautiful place. Just a bit pricey. Need to be a bit more nice to be worth 2400. Plenty of closet space & bathrooms. It's just that the finishes need to be updated, dry wall repaired and light fixtures updated.

We have lived at Tiffany Lakes almost 12 years. It's been pretty good to us. Like anywhere else they need to keep good people. People who want to work! So it's had some changes. Everyone I've met has been good so far. We miss Steve but Lisa will call and talk to me which helps so much. So much... PS best part*** it's right near the highway in all directions. We're happy.

I have lived at Tiffany Lakes for a year. Lisa has been very helpful and nice. The property is beautiful very peaceful. The other residents are friendly.

Tony came over to paint my cabinets and ran into a problem. he was very patient and resolved the problem. i was very impressed. i hope he stays at Tiffany Lakes. we need more employees like him.

This is our second year here and both years we've had 8+ months of raccoons infesting the attics, waking us up at night, urine coming through the ceiling etc. They don't care about their tenants, because if they did they would actually take care of the issue. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here and when I have friends looking for apartments I actively recommend they don't get a place here.

I recently had a few issues with my apartment. Tony, who is apart of the maintenance staff quickly took care of the issues for me. It was a pleasure chatting with Tony about my work orders request. He thoroughly explained the issues to me and kept me up-to-date on the progress. He is friendly and amazing at his job! All around great staff, Tony and Lisa.

I love my apartment but it's not perfect. The timeliness of maintenance is not great. I've found fixing things myself is easier than trying to get maintenance to come out. The property was not plowed and sholved after heavy snow timely as well. I had a friend shovel and salt my walkway. Days later they finally came to clear the grounds. Overall I feel safe and at peace in my home.

My wife and I applied for a unit and was immediately contacted by the Property Manager, Lisa. She was attentive, accommodating, and pleasant. We appreciated the entire experience. Thank you, Tiffany Lakes for being so professional and kind! ZFT
