The girl at the desk was helpful. The bus on the other hand smell like a gas station toilet. The bus departed on time and arrived on time.

Its better to keep people in desk whos have experince peron and they have to how to talk with guest

Took this bus too Ohio not a good ride it was very cold inside and I do mean cold. Too small for two people in one seat. I am not doing this again. I took it because it was cheaper . Driver was good. Just too darn small and cold.

Good bus line and fast service to Virginia beach and Norfolk

This was the worst experience ever. Bus driver was very loud and very rude to several customers. He was very foul mouth and cussing some of the patrons. I will never ride this company again! Do not ride this bus company. I am writing this review while still on the bus and this driver is horrible.
