I’ve just had the worst customer service experience. Usually we come during business hours from our corporate office and eat a quick lunch at the mall. Today I came with my family, my daughter tried to order 3 tacos and she didn’t know how the different meats taste so she orders an order of 3 tacos we were offered a combination and she accepted the combination plate she asked 1 taco of each meat and the guy said he can’t sell them like that m, they all have to be the same meat. Then we said then we are not getting the combination and we just getting her 3 different tacos of 3 different meats and they refuse to sell them individually too. She said they don’t sell them individually only by 3 so I once again charge the extra if there is a price difference and they still denied it. I asked for the manager and she told me the exact same thing and refused to sell me 3 Tacos. I asked her for her manager and she said I can go talk to him directly he is also managing Mo’s Burgers at the same food court. Went there talked asked for the manager the girl asked for him and she comes back said he can’t talk to me because he is busy in the back. Then I asked for corporate phone number because I will submit a compliant and then suddenly the manager was available. I told him exactly what happened and he even said that should have not happened that maybe it was a price difference which I replied I never said I wouldn’t pay a difference on the cost but I was certainly refused service for the supervisor Poor customer service skills she had. At that point the situation was not going to get any better we went and got our food elsewhere and I will make sure to communicate to corporate office what took place there. And I am also advising my corporate office of the poor customer service skills of Tinta Mexicana and Mo Burgers management

We went for dinner last night around 7. They were out of grilled onions, chicken, rice and seriously about every topping while the boy and girl working just stood there talking. They could have made more stuff, but they were too lazy to prep anything and had bad attitudes. They basically laughed at us for even asking about being out of everything. So Many people walked up to order and had to choose something different because there was no food! Won’t be back.

I was very disgusted and disappointed by how the food tasted. I ordered the 3 tacos and the tortillas were cold the rice was in lumps and the young lady adding the garnish to my tacos added a bunch of salsa on my tacos when i had told her to only add a little bit. The horchata wasn’t great either. I wanted to give this food place a try and I ended up not eating my food and throwing it away. Super furious about this.. i spent my money for food that seemed edible but wasnt. Sorry but it was horrible

First time trying this place. I tried ordering a burrito when I was the only one in the line and had to wait for service. When the employee was helping me, it nearly took 10 minutes for him to finish my order. Other than slow service, I noticed that the same person on cashier was the one serving the food without washing his hands. After all The food and service was a disappointment.

Rude staff, horrible experience. In my last visit Black Friday, the staff was very very rude. They did not prepare the order as per my request and I was telling them multiple times about the preparation. One of the staff member there does not properly hear what I am ordering and I had to tell twice/thrice that she is not doing as per my request. Inturn, that rude lady was telling me that I am yelling at her and called the manager and told him that I was rude crazy. This is one of a case where the staff was calling out the customer as rude - Horrible experience. Never ever go there. I uploaded the picture of the fast food center and the lady that embraced me

I waited in line behind 2 people with a 4 item order. It took 15 minutes. As i contemplated while waiting in line to maybe try another place but decided i would stay because i really wanted the elote and horchata. After the 15 minutes i gave the man my order and he informed me they were out of the corn on the cobb and only had the corn off the cobb that was floating in an unappetizing liquid. Oh and they were out of horchata.

Staff was inattentive and possibly intoxicated. They didn't seem to understand me and didn't know their own menu. They were insisting to give me corn in a cup for some reason when I wanted it on the cob and wouldn't give me my drink without ice, instead filling it with as much ice as they could pack in.

Purchased the Sonoran hot dog meal it was cold and the bread was hard. The corn on the cob was good. Not happy I was not able to get a taco on the side, I had to purchase a separate meal to try the tacos.

Awful service. There were about five people all of them just walking around and talking. I placed a small order: a quesadilla, 2 chicken tacos, and a Sonoran style hot dog. They didn't know how to make the hot dog, literally just threw Pico de gallo into the bun and forgot the chicken tacos. My first and last time there. Stay away!

I had a burrito bowl from here and my choice of meat was marinated pork. Omg that bowl was to die for. It was so good that I didn't want to stop eating even after I was full. Way more flavorful than chipotle.
