Tipsy Seagull Dockside Pub (seasonal)

Music is a little loud and they don't have the best service routine for the upper deck. Drinks were lacking alcohol for the price, but the nachos were good and it's a fun environment - nice to be outside and there aren't many opportunities for that in Fall River.

Very expensive. The drinks are $9 each if you're looking for alcohol. And that's not getting fancy. According to my friends they're not strong at all. I'm not a drinker. The menu they give you is mainly drinks with crazy names. The food part of the menu is very small, not much of a selection. I got a plate of nachos for $9, or you can get a burger for $12. I didn't say anything about fries. What is nice though is the atmosphere. The Tipsy is a barge right on the water. They have regular tables and chairs, but they also have other seating areas with lounge chairs and couches. Its decorated with palm trees and string lights so when you're there it feels like you're on vacation. There's always music, most of the time it's live. So in a way, the atmosphere kind of makes up for the small menu and the prices. It always has a good crowd, 30's to 50's. Not too old not too young. It's a fun place to pass away a hot summer day.

Make sure and try out the bar swings. Great summer spot 👍
