Excellent service and customer support !!! I arrived early (7:30 am). I was sitting in my car waiting for the Business to open (8:00am). One of employees observed that I was waiting in my car and he flagged me into the business. They took my information and started working on my vehicle. I was out of the business in about 30 minutes. That's customer service ... Second to none!!! Thank you Tires First!

Looking for tires for my Nissan Rogue. Didn't want expensive tires but also didn't want a cheaply made tire either. Brian recommended a Cooper tire that was both a great price and value! They had me back in business in under 90 minutes (They had lots of customers today). Thanks again for everything!

Bottom line: My car was overheating and Tires First gave me a $1,500 quote to fix a radiator that was (and still is) in perfect working order. I've been to Tires First a handful of times over the last few years and was always satisfied with this service. Recently, my car was overheating and leaking antifreeze. I suspected the water pump (antifreeze all over that area of the engine), which happened to be covered by my warranty. I explained this to the guys at tires first, but told them I'd like them to check it out. A day later I got a phone call with a quote for $1,500 for the radiator. They said the water pump was fine, but there was a pretty bad leak in the radiator and that was why it had been overheating. I took it for a 2nd opinion, confirmed it was the water pump (and the radiator was fine) and had it repaired. Car runs perfect now and wouldn't you know it, no $1,500 radiator job required.

I was greeted warmly and my concerns were carefully addressed. I appreciate genuine customer service, and of course I appreciated the offer of quality at an economical price.
