TITLE Boxing Club

I had never been boxing before, and I went to my first class at Title last week. I could not have been more impressed with Milthon and his team -- everyone was so welcoming, the class atmosphere was incredible, and the workout was challenging and fun. As a boxing rookie, I was nervous about going for the first time, but Milthon made sure that I understood good form so that I would keep my body safe during the workout. I was especially impressed that he wasn't only concerned with helping me, but he made sure every single person was using their body efficiently. I'm a chiropractor and work with a lot of people with sports injuries, so I loved that he emphasized good core bracing, moving through hips, etc. Overall, Title is a great boxing gym with amazing instructors, and I know I'll continue boxing there as long as I can. Couldn't recommend them more!!

Title Boxing Club Omaha is a great gym. It is a no-contact boxing gym, which provides group fitness classes, personal training, and more. The gym is kept very clean. The staff cleans the bags between classes, and deep cleans the facility multiple times per day. There are also wipe dispensers on the walls. The Title brand backs the club, so the equipment is high-quality. The heavy bags are foam-lined, and some have an extra wrap that makes them very easy on the hands. There are some water, uppercut, and other types of heavy bags as well. They are free swinging and hang far enough apart you can move 360° around them without running into someone else. Other fitness equipment includes dumbbells, cable system, treadmill, medicine balls, and so much more. The gym includes a boxing ring next to the bag area. It also has a sitting area next to the ring. There are lockers, bathrooms, showers, and more. The club is boxing centric, but there are kickboxing classes as well. Many of the members who prefer not to kick still go to the kickboxing classes and box instead. Doing whatever you're comfortable with is encouraged and supported by the trainers. While every class is different, they follow the standard format of a HIIT warmup, rounds, and core, set by the franchise. The consistent structure is excellent as you'll know what to expect when visiting another club location. What makes Title Boxing Club unique is the staff. They are some of the friendliest people in the industry. They are also very experienced in what they do, having real experience in boxing, kickboxing, and other martial arts. They care about what they're doing and the members of the gym. It is not uncommon to see a trainer giving extra help to a member before or after a class. They're not there to just make you tired. They want to see you get better. I highly recommend this gym. It is a safe, friendly, clean environment where you will get good workouts, learn new things, and make new friends simultaneously.

The trainers here are so welcoming and knowledgeable in what they teach. I've been coming here 1-2 times per week for about a month now and I already notice a huge improvement in my strength, endurance and overall quality of life! The classes are fun, upbeat, motivating and I never leave without a good sweat! They truly care about their members and community and I highly recommend this place to anyone brand new or experienced!

I love Title Boxing. It's a great full body workout, confidence builder, and stress reviler. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Brooke is a fantastic trainer that works you out and pushes you to keep going.

The staff here is awesome! They are very kind and helpful. The classes definitely kick butt! I always feel it the next day! I've only been a few times and had the same trainer. Milthon is great! His classes are fun and motivating!

Love the workouts! The trainer's really kick your butt and you feel amazing after each workout. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is they are extremely hard to get ahold of. Owners should seriously consider staffing a front desk person to answer calls. Very annoying when I call to ask a question and the phone rings and rings only to be hung up on because no one answers the phone.

Really enjoyed the experience! I bought a Group-On and for 2 weeks at $15 and had a blast! the environment is clean and the staff is super friendly! my only complaint, $$$, super expensive for a month to month membership $80... and if you have ever had to deal with gym memberships, then you know better then to purchase one! I'll be looking for the next Group-On, but until then sorry guys, $80 a month is to rich for my blood!

Intensity without intimidation . Carlos and Brooke are the most hospitable and nicest trainers I've met in any gym. Very high energy. Very fun.

I really enjoy the program. You get out what you put in. The cardio is next level. I come out of the class soaked in sweat. I'm not a boxer, but I can follow the instructor and perform the movements to the punching bag. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Hopefully I'll have results like Rocky ;- soon.

Awesome workout, fun and motivating instructors. Results are going to happen if you attend consistently! I have been to many different gyms and done many different workouts and nothing compares
