TLC luxury

I used TLC Luxury to transport our guests for our wedding day. I used the 40 passenger for motor coach from 37 of us and it was perfect! It picked everyone up at The Palazzo, took them to our ceremony at Red Rock, then took everyone to Honey Salt for our reception, and then back to the strip. They were truly great! I was so worried about transportation for my big day, and I could not have been happier with my choice of TLC. I would recommend them to everyone! Communication was easy and dependable!

I used TLC Luxury buses during the AWS Re:invent conference in Las Vegas. The bus rides felt safe and comfortable. I accidentally left my phone in one of the buses and reached out to them to help track it down the following day. The staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. They were able to track down my phone and John personally delivered it to my hotel, in time for me to catch my flight. I highly recommend working with them.

Our driver for the Cadillac V-Series Certification, bus 4531 was awesome on Oct 27th. Super friendly, polite, and drove well.

I used TLC Luxury Transportation Las Vegas for buses for events surrounding my son's wedding - first the rehearsal dinner and then the wedding itself. The staff at the company were a pleasure to work with, especially considering that I live 3000 miles away. On the day of the events, I couldn't have been more pleased. The buses were sparkling clean and comfortable. The drivers were professional and for one occasion, we needed a lot of flexibility on the fly, and the driver made sure that all of our needs were met. I would highly recomend them and they will be my first call should I ever need transportation again in Vegas!

We were very happy with our service provided by TLC. We had a smaller group come one day, a larger the next day, then our group left together the following day. So we had 3 separate buses. They communicated drviers names and contact numbers if we needed anything. The buses are very nice, clean, and air conditioned. The drivers were all pleasant and our rides were comfortable. The set up ahead of time was seamless and simple. Thank you! I would highly recommend.

We've used TLC in the past with good results, so booked with them again. One of our buses never arrived and we had to call asking where it was. They simply didn't have a driver. We scrambled to adjust and accommodated most of our group. We never heard back from them - no apology, no follow-up. I called over a week later once our event had wrapped up and they said they were planning to respond to me but hadn't gotten around to it. It's now been 2 more weeks and no response despite additional email inquiring about being charged for the missing bus. It's one thing to have an issue with a driver or bus - these things happen. What's not excusable is a lack of follow-up about the situation. Edit: John responded and followed up with a refund for the missing bus. As all the other buses and drivers were great and on time we would book with them again.

We had a group of 40 teenage boys ,who enjoyed every moment with TLC. The bus was comfortable and the driver Dennis cared for the young men. We had a problem with the a/c and the company immediately sent a mechanic to repair the issue. Very professional service. I would recommend this company to all. In addition, the pricing for our 3 week tour was fair and competitive.

Excellent charter bus company. I personally know the owners and have been friends with them for years, having used their services several times. I can attest to their integrity and quality of service. They truly care about their clients and will go above and beyond. They are on time, clearly communicate, and their buses are always in excellent condition.
