Toco Hills Shoe and Luggage Repair

I visited this shoe repair shop to repair my shoes and the owner, Mr. Chang was very kinds and told me that my shoes not worthwhile to be repaired, better buy new ones. But I have been used this shoes last 5 years and very comfortable to me. He finally agreed me and did a wonderful jobs on shoes. I understood he has been in business more than 30 years at the same places. He wants to continue to work next 10 more years. I live in a little far a way from his shop but I would like to continue to use this excellent shop.He was very honest and pride on his jobs. Thank you again.

They did a good-looking Job sewing up a pair of favorite leather loafers. I thought $35 was high. They came apart again after I wore them three times over three weeks. I took them back and the lady denied they worked on them, saying it must have been a different pair. I can accept them not give me warranty on their work less than I can accept being told I'm not truthful.

Overpriced. Outrageously overpriced. Nice as the proprietors seem, it's a scam. They seem to have adopted the Southern negotiating mentality of cheat them if you can. They did the repair on my vacuum but broke a second part, and when I pointed this out they said the second part was not important. Really? Not sorry? No. They eventually fixed it, after 2 weeks of waiting. I would rather buy a new vacuum cleaner than buy even a replacement vacuum bag from them. Based on that, I would not even buy shoe polish from them.

Took a vacuum to get repaired and they fixed one of two things that were broke. I didn't realize it until I got home and went to use it that the other item was not fixed. Took it back and they wanted to charge another $40 to fix the issue which is why I brought it back. They have a huge language barrier and just out to get money. She told me I didnt know what I was talking about since I dont fix vacuums. Worst customer service ever.

Took a pair of shoes in that are exactly the same when I paid a steep $50 repair. The woman working there stops speaking English when I asked how it was repaired. I’m pretty sure they did absolutely nothing. Rip off. Don’t come here.

Took my boots there to stretch the calf area out. They claimed they did, it was the same size, nothing changed. The owner went into a rage when I said it did not work. Charged $75 for nothing.

My wife and I visited this shop to ask about repairing some shoes. The couple was very kind and honestly confirmed my suspicions that these particular shoes would not be worth the repairs. Hence, I cannot comment on their service but I can say the couple is very kind and honest.

I hate this place. Over priced and poor work, nasty attitude surfaced when I question the increase in the initial price... owner and his wife will start talking to you at same time. Very unprofessional and poor work. Run to the hills Go to bobs shop. I stead. I'll never come here again.

Excellent service! My vacuum cleaners were fixed and operate like new!
