First off, the staff, bartender specifically was outstanding. I was very pleased with his service. BUT this place is charging premium prices, even compared to higher end international airports. Seriously overpriced utterly awful food, the worst I’ve ever had at any airport ever period. I myself am a business owner and know how damaging a bad review can be when you strive for quality and reputation. But I am not surprised to see this place has already been put through the bad review ringer by many other unhappy patrons. To me it just seems like another junk restaurant owned by some wealthy apathetic who knows who that could care LESS about service or quality. Honestly I have never had such a horrible plate of food. DO NOT EAT HERE GO TO MCDONALDS FOR A QUALITY MEAL!
Ordered chicken sandwich and drink 50 minutes before my flight. 20 minutes before flight server reappeared saying there was a mistake in the kitchen and asking what I ordered. It could be done in 4 minutes or I could get it to go. I don't like dragging to-go meals on a plane with my bag and then waiting for tray time to eat so I asked for free drink and 4 minute option. Took another 10 minutes. Place is overpriced for bad service and mediocre food quality. Don't be fooled by a chef name on an airport restaurant. It's an airport restaurant.
The food was excellent. Probably one of the best stir fry's I've ever tasted. The service however was lousy. Patrick the bartender wanted nothing to do with his guests. No "how is the food", no "would you like another beverage", nothing. I asked him to change my order from noodles to rice, literally 20 seconds after placing the order. His facial expression and body language told me to go &$@* myself, but he just ignored me for the remainder of my visit instead. Also, I was one of 3 guests at the bar. As I've read other reviews of restaurants at Logan, I'm finding a common theme within this commonwealth...attitude, no one seems to enjoy their job...I bet they enjoy their check though. Oh well... come for the food leave for the service.
Worst burger ever! I am pretty sure they are buying the patties from a chain store - cheapest quality. It is perfectly round shape, almost like machine finished and before being served, it was definitely microwaved. I couldn't finish half of it. What a disappointment... Unfriendly service! If you ever want to replace your fries with a salad/ some green stuff, the answer is opened eyes-NO!.. You can be tired, unhappy or having a bad time but the service is supposed to be reasonably friendly.
I only stopped here because of the proximity to gate B36. Bar service was fine, other reviews convinced me to skip ordering food here and stick to the liquid side of the menu! Amazing how the least expensive item on the "Chef's TASTING menu" is $15.49 before tax. Goess I shouldn't be surprised when the least expensive regular menu item is an eight dollar baked potato.
The service was fast and friendly, the only reason for two stars but that can't make up for the dismal food. I know it's airport food and all, but if someone is going to put their name on an establishment, they should take some pride in what's coming out of their kitchen. I had the beet salad with shrimp added. The "grilled" shrimp looked raw, save a charred tail, but were hard as rocks and tasted of nothing but salt - sort of like they had been brined for a minor eternity and then warmed a bit on the grill. Dressing was basically a cup of oil, and not olive oil - it was essentially clear - glad I asked for that on the side, as it was pretty unappetizing. Rest of the salad was uninspiring and not well executed unevenly cooked beets, a scant bit of goat cheese, as was the greasy burger my colleague ordered. There are better options in Terminal B, and we won't be returning.
First dish was bland. Ordered different dish and it wasn't any better. Service was not good as well. No eye contact from the server even when she was near me so I can tell her the food was bad. Ordered the noodles that had no flavor and the chicken was dry. The other dish if I didn't ask for the Chipotle would be bad as well but even that dish was no better. I have had better flavor at fast food places. Very disappointed.
Not recommended whatsoever. Service was ok, food was hilarious. Burgers were trash. Parmesan fries were literally just sprinkled in cheap Parmesan topping. Save your money and just take a short walk down the hall to the McDonald's, where you will be served the same quality of food at half the price. Nothing against Mickey d's, more of a testament of just how garbage this place is.
Got the lettuce wraps... They were great and out in 3 minutes. Bartender was nice and it was about as good as you'll get in an airport. I was the last flight out and the place was empty but no complaints here .
Service was awful our server kept runing away from the table. We had to ask to order our appetizer and again had to stop him to order our food. I ordered the noodles with chicken. No favor at all. My bf ordered a chicken sandwhich, the chicken wasnt cooked properly. He ordered a martini and the glass was chipped so we asked for another. We received another martini with a chipped edge. We did ask for the manager and she listened to our concerns and agreed. She offered to pay for the martini. Apologized and told us they are working on it. Dont eat here.
