Came out to work 1 event with this company and realized I will never work for this company again... This company has no respect for its clients that hire them, no respect for its employees, very unprofessional and unorganized. Upon my arrival for my shift with this company, I was to sign a contract and I was to be provided a winter jacket, I did not sign this contract because they were not on site, and they had no way of getting them to me. They had no respect for what the client when bringing guards onsite that have had no contract signed to keep the employee safety and the client more exposed. As I was onsite working I witness on several occasions of guards in different wanding lanes letting people in with contraband because they did not want to take the time necessary for doing the job correctly. I was dismissed by my manager for bringing these concerns to him about contraband being let in. I was being thorough and taking the appropriate steps to ensure everyone's safety but apparently, that is not what TOERSA Security has in mind when keeping people safe.

This company makes each and every employee feel valued, and we love it! They show genuine and authentic appreciation for the work we do and the effort we put in. Over all a very organized security company that care about there staff and clients. SW

It is an amazing company to work for they really care about the guards as well as they work well with my availability. Great management staff you know in any of theservice reviews they kinda wanna know what they can do better but there isn't anything they need to do better they just gotta keep up the great work

A great security company, Toresa not only provides outstanding services to their clients, but also takes good care of its employees. The atmosphere is so healthy, cooperative, and positive. It's unique and best, the way it is.
