The owner is a con artist, Don't let them handle the Control valve on your Gray water and black water , Thay break the handles on everything they touched. In the past 2 weeks I have seen over 9 trailers leave because of damage and because of the water and mud. I do understand we've had a lot of rain but this place is a swamp and the owner will not do up keep on the roads and lots. My camper has sat in 3 inches of water for over 4 days and i have walket in mud for the full 2 weeks.

One of the worst campgrounds I have ever been to. Owner is a super nice guy that is willing to help but is also very proud of his run down campground that is dated back from the 1960's. The bathrooms smelled like sulfur and were completely dirty. Bugs, Spider Webs, mud, and yes, even feces could be found in the showers. The campsites had deep ruts in them from people driving and are very small for larger campers. The staff in the front office was very rude and not accommodating at all to requests. I asked to move over one site and was told no because the site was reserved for larger campers. During our stay, there was a tent the first night, a small camper the second night, and a pop-up camper the third night. The power went out twice during our stay due to the outdated electrical panel with arcing breakers. Speaking with some of the people who are staying long term, they stated that this electrical problem has been going on for a month and was fixed 2 weeks prior. Not a very pleasant stay for my family. They have a wagon ride also that runs on weekends. They pull the wagon with the work gator that they use daily in which has serious clutch problems and took the kid 7 tries to even put it in gear jerking the wagon back and forth. Surprised this still has a KOA franchise attachment associated with it.

The staff were extremely welcoming and nice! The campground was clean. I would have given 5 stars if the trees weren't so close to the RV. We couldn't fully extend either of our 2 slide-outs, which makes it cramped with a baby and trying to get to his crib at night.

The park is ok itself, but some of the sites(like ours)had a sewer pipe 1 foot above the ground on sloping terrain. Needless to say, but I will, 💩 does not go down hill and then up hill very well. I went to walmart and got plastic fencing for elevation and will see if it works. And they charge $57 a night.

Nice place upgrades have been made. Lots of Hollloween activities for the kids the weekend we want. Owners were great we had a medical emergency the weekend we were supposed to arrive. They said we can take your deposit and put it towards a month out and even gave a little up grade on the cabin. Very nice quite place. Love it
