I dealt with a Mr. Mason. Professional, yet friendly and very helpful. Very focused on helping me out with my vehicles. I ended up switching from Progressive to State Farm, and getting better insurance for the same amount of money. Also refinanced my car and cut my payments in half!

Kris was over the top helpful. I came to him with home owners, cars, trailer, & motorcycles... He got us insured fast and not only that, brought a lot of knowledge to us about coverage for our vehicles and home. I am so happy  with State Farm now. I was overpaying with less coverage at other insurance companies. State Farm also offers financing on your home and autos, possibly at a better rate. So don't just write them off as an insurance company, they may be able to save you even more money in the long run! If you ever have any doubt about your coverage, give Kris a call. He will be more than happy to assist you with your needs.

They low-balled my insurance quote by adding discounts for which I was not eligible, which defeated the purpose of switching. Price increase ended up being around 70%!! I should have stayed where I was. Do your homework beforehand.
