At Tom’s Dim Sum, we’re all about expeditions. Our journey begins in China, where Tom Gao learned to master the flavors of the Shanghainese dim sum. He then traversed across the Pacific to Philly, where he found a community of food lovers to share his favorite dishes with. But the final part of this trip happens in Center City when you walk through our door. Our passion is for guiding adventurers through their culinary experiences in our relaxed dining atmosphere.
