Clean environment, cash only establishment. Many dishes are premade so they taste okay when it’s hot but not very good when you order take away or if you have any leftovers. Great for group gathering since they have a private room, and the price is reasonable. This place is BYOB.
The food here is very good relatively and you get a lot for your money. We had the truffle xiao long bao, Hunan beef noodles, and fried fish. There are many good restaurant choices in China town. I would recommend this one wholeheartedly. The place is decorated decently, unlike most Chinese restaurants. You won't be ashamed if you have a first date here. Lol
Very QUICK EFFICIENT service Large quantities Good price point Best is they made a few appetizers and entree’ no meat version for us So the vegetarian choices increased To one pork dish they eliminated meat and added fried tofu and it was very tasty I will highly recommend this place Lao they have huge party room for up to 40 people so you can have private celebrations.
I recently tried the hot dry noodles at Bai Wei and I was thoroughly impressed! The portion was generous, making it great value for money. The noodles were not only delicious but also priced very reasonably. The service was quick, which is perfect for someone with a busy schedule like mine. The restaurant’s ambiance is very pleasant, and they play music too, which adds to the dining experience. I definitely plan to return!
Cash / Venmo only. I order the black truffle soup dumplings, three cup chicken, and do not remember the name for the last dish. Probably stir fried beef. It costs $60 for my lunch. Only half of the soup dumplings have soup. Their three cup chicken has strong flavor of ginger. The beefprobably lamb is a bit salty for me and it is not spicy. For me, the taste is at the level of ok.
This place is tasty. We only really had dumplings here, but every time we go we see a large group ordering a ton of food. We went and tried to go eat soup dumplings around the corner and told us it was an hour wait for food. This place had our food out in like 15. We also like that they make the dipping sauce with fresh ginger. Oh yeah and it's about the same price as all the other dumpling houses in Chinatown, but the me is more robust for other options.
I was starving and hot, and this place was nice and cool and smelled great, so I figured it would do just fine. Lort, these dumplings and scallion pancakes were DIVINE. Super flavorful and beautiful to look at, too. Had the brown sugar milk tea with boba as well and it was only mildly sweet, which is exactly what I was looking for.
Truffle soup dumplings are delicious! They have a little truffle on top to give it a little truffle flavor. Soupy and tender flavorful meat inside. The braised pork belly was also tasty. Shredded duck with scallion and bao could be less sweet though. Would definitely come back for the soup dumplings, as they are good enough to rival other soup dumplings in the area.
Got take out in December. Food was great! Very tasty and reasonable price. Then went dine in, the waitress was very nice. Will definitely be back!
A vibrant and bright atmosphere. Good variety of food and teas. Very clean and organized. Drunken noodles with chicken were delicious and a must try. The Kon Poa chicken was flavorful and spicy. The cheese foam rose black tea was good if you have a sweet tooth. The hot tea is a must especially in a cold winter day.Recommended dishes
