I had a flat tire on a sub zero cold day. My tire wasn't airing up and I thought I had to buy a new tire. Unbeknown to me, my valve stem was broken. They had every opportunity to rip me off and make a quick buck but instead they came out and froze their fingers off to air up my tire and replace the valve stem. Sent me on my way free of charge. An honest business right here folks!

Normally do a good job. I was trying to see why tire pressure light was on. He gave me air said it would go off in 15 minutes. Did not happen. I actually need a new tire. Which I bought at Hibdons.

They advertise tires on sale for under $20- $25 used tires. That was so false. But without the dishonesty the customer service was the boom!

Got the best prices in town for used tires and keep my tires in stock Until I can get new tires

i'm a Senior citizen a Veteran who's had multiple Head traumas also on Oxygen. So even the simplest things like Airing up a tire are extremely hard to do anymore ‼ These younger men are always always Respectful Courteous Polite Helpful Friendly and kind to me whenever i show up needing sumpin like tires checked for Air pressure or maybe water level in Radiator. I came here before heading out of town to Atlanta. They put the tire on and reset the "!" light on the car. Literally not even an hour goes by and the light come back on so i put more air in the tire. The light kept coming on. By this time I'm not in the state of Oklahoma no more so i had to take it to a Honda dealership to be looked at mind you again im out of state on the road by myself. They informed me that the tire looks like it has a leak in it. I call to this place and I'm not sure if i was on the phone with the manager Jeff or an employee but they was out right rude and non-ubderstanding. I never received a receipt and i told them this, because i am a youtube and i actually had blog my first whole experience with themwill be posting on youtube soon as well. The guy literally hung up in my face as i was tryna at explain to him that i have video from my car and from my blog proving i never received a recipe and on who put my tire on the car. Overall horrible experience.. IF YOU WANT A TIRE TO LAST A FEW DAYS THEN THIS IS THE PLACE.. OTHER THAN THAT I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL !!!

I took my damaged tires to work hoping to get one replaced and one repaired and expecting a long wait and big expense but I passed Tom's as I have for 8 years but this time I pulled in and within 10 minutes I was headed home. Thank you Tom's, this was the best tire experience I have had in many years.

Fast service and they took CashApp. Highly recommend.

It's raining and I desperately needed 2 front tires and they had just 2 and then 2 Angels got me up and out in 15 minutes!!
