Got the Tonkatsu dish. Excellent crunchiness and meat not too chewy. Fruit sauce on point. Rice was decent. I didn't eat the vegetables that came fried too but it looked good. Hot food here is 👍. Place was a little small about 4-5 tables of 2-seaters plus a sushi bar that sits 5. Good service here. They fill your cup up often. They can speak good enough English here.

A little gem of a Japanese restaurant, with some well prepared home style dishes and some excellent sushi with a focus on quality over variety.

Love this place, it's our #1 go-to neighborhood restaurant. Sushi is as good as any you'll find in the Boston area. It's a small place (6 tables + sushi bar) with one sushi chef, so you have to time it right to get seated right away or expect to hang out a bit.

Mediocre maki and sashimi. Not evenly cut for the maki and the rolls that weren't supposed to be spicy were. The sashimi was cut very poorly almost like a dull knife was used. Sashimi was gamey, had a texture of cartilage throughout, and was cut into very small pieces (tasted like low quality fish). Presentation left a lot to be desired.
