Yume Wo Katare

There is no broth as rich and flavorful as this one. The noodles are hand pulled and the meat is generous. Do not come of you're on a diet. The shop is run in an unusual manner and people are let in in groups of 6. Be ready to eat!!

This place is a different experience. Ramen is really good and the portions are huge! They only have one option and when you go after the first time you are allowed to try the other broth that they have that is spicy. If you don't want to ame the big line just go during lunch break. They are open until 3 and then close and open again for dinner. Very interesting place for sure with a ton of inspirational quotes and people share their dreams with the rest of the restaurant.

I love their food, and the share a dream tradition. The portion sizes are a little too big for me though - I won't feel well if I have that much (delicious) fatty soup. Having a small option would be nice since I hate throwing away food.

I came for the ramen - it was wonderful and tasty - but I feel like I enjoyed the whole experience more. Do check this place out! It's a small place so the line begins outside (check the weather). Service might look slow, but you're really waiting for other people to finish their meal (or get as close to perfect as possible).

The whole, I have a dream, concept is very inspiring and different from any concept of restaurant I have been to. As far as food goes the portion is very large and I think I would've been satisfied with a small bowl. It wasn't my favorite type of ramen because noodles were thicker than usual the broth is very porky, salty, and greasy. It was too simple for me, the toppings being just pork and sprouts. Overall, good experience but wouldn't need to come back
