Torrid

VERY UPSET with this one store. I love torrid and their clothes but I will never step foot in this store again. Staff treated me like I was trailer park trash they looked down on me, and they started talking rudely about myself my mother and my sister as we were shopping. Never again. I will take my business to either the Manchester Nashua or Seabrook locations from now on.

Really like this location. Neat, clean, helpful staff. Larger than the Nashua store. I was in today and as I was checking out, an older woman came in and asked to speak with the manager. The woman ringing me up identified herself as the store manager (I believe her name is Rachel). The older woman proceeded to mini lecture Rachel about how inappropriate the lingerie in the front window display is. "Children come to this mall!" she decreed. So basically, this older woman is saying that the female body is inappropriate, offensive even. If it were a men's underwear on display, I'm sure she would have walked by without a second thought. I'm also willing to bet that part of her problem had to do with it being plus sized merchandise. When the manager politely asked her about Victoria's Secret, she got all flustered in the face of her own hypocrisy. ANYWAY, my long winded point is that the older woman was super rude and the manager maybe named Rachel was extremely graceful and professional in the face of this woman's ignorance. Brava to you, Rachel!

Helpful staff, clean, positive environment. I have bought many clothes from there and they are all good quality, on the pricier side but only because of the good quality.
