I went to this torrid location for the first time yesterday and had a great experience! I called ahead beforehand to see if there was a certain item in stock for me - the woman I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and pleasant. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors and had a fitting room started for me. I was able to find multiple clearance items as they were having an amazing sale. I also had a friendly chat with the ladies while checking out. Would definitely go back to this one!!

The employees are fantastic! But the shipping is very annoying!! I placed an order in almost 4 weeks ago. And I got 1 item. I called customer service and was told my other 2 items have not shipped yet..iv been waiting 4 weeks for 2 items. And they still have not shipped yet. I'm very annoyed and will not order from online again. The shipping says 7-14 days..very un professional.
