Torrid

Wanted to purchase a swimsuit that was online only so went to see if I could find a similar style swimsuit to try before buying. Not only did I not find anything similar but the customer service was probably some of the worst I have ever encountered. Was never greeted and when finally someone did acknowledge myself and my husband, I was just about to walk out the door. I was already a bit disappointed by lack of selection but the poor service topped it off. Will probably never return.

Horrible service. I went in the afternoon on Sunday and the sales associates were rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. Particularly the redhead lady with glasses and a black shirt with flowers on it. She had a smart mouth and acted as if she had an attitude that I asked for a dressing room. Will never patronize torrid. Especially not this location.

Don't go to this store. Extreme poor customer service. Won't return items even though they can look it up see the cost and I used my torrid card to buy it. Of course not what they said when I opened my card with their store. If I could give it no stars I would.

I love this Torrid. They always have what I want. Ro is the best at customer service. She is very attentive and amazing at what she does. That is why I love coming to this location. Thank you so much Ro for the amazing service and for making my visit so fun!!!

I’m only giving this specific shop 2 stars cause it has a great range of clothing and shoes but it’s customer service is piss poor I knew what I wanted I had a last minute event to go to whilst on holidays in Vegas . There is small dark hair lady that works here very rude I was in store for 10 minits I had to approach staff for assistance with 3 store people there and only me and one other lady in store . I then found what I needed waited at the register for a further 15 minits for the same lady to ask who was next? Lady behind me told the shop assistant I was her response was “oh no your this side she’s over there” then served the lady behind me first! I then waited for another 10 minits for service as one of the other assistants was on the phone the whole time helping some one which was all good if I wasn’t short on time or didn’t need shoes for a dressy event I would have walked out! Future advise for this store please greet your customers in a warm manner if they look lost usually they need advise ladies 🤯
