Unfortunately, what I was looking for was 'out of season' but the lovely lady working, wish I would have gotten her name, sorry, was INCREDIBLE. She legitimately saved my day. Shopping last minute for something important. Stopped what she was doing and thought hard about where else I might find my specific dress. She listened intently, and provided great advice. She was super sweet, and had amazing style, and I can't wait to go back in and visit again, hopefully she'll be there and I can update this with her name. Thank you! Torrid is my favorite store, hands down.

Love this place!!! I wear all their stuff just about everyday from head to toe! As a plus size woman this place has trendy nice clothes and they have great quality. And their bras are amazing!! Yes they are a little expensive. However they always have fantastic sales and deals. Plus like I said the quality is there. The staff also is always willing to give friendly suggestions for you. Try them out you won't be disappointed.

No issues in regards to customer service...just don't frequent this place as much as I used to due to the extremely overpriced items. Not sure why everything is soo expensive in here as the quality isn't in line with the pricing. There are soooo many other stores that offer plus size clothing at much more reasonable prices. I only occasionally will peek in for a sale item only. I mean they have casual summer dresses priced at $109!! Absolutely insane!! Gave 3 stars due to pricing and dissatisfaction in regards. Other than that, customer service and selection are satisfactory at this location.

Everyone was super nice here! I've never had such a positive experience clothes shopping before in my life not counting when I was trying on dresses at Bombshell Bridal, but that's not everyday wear. I was scrambling to get a new dress for my friend's wedding, had tried on a ton at other stores I just hated and I found exactly what I needed and so much more here. Once she got a feel for what I like, the sales lady found a lot of neat things for me to try on that I may have never believed I could pull off before. I left with some really cool pieces that I can't wait to wear. And I left feeling nicer about myself too. Thank you for all your help ladies!

I went there and bought their leggings and a new push-up bra the bra is awesome and the leggings are so comfortable

I used to love this store, but things have changed. First off, not the same sales as they used to have. And the clearance was very disorganized as far a sizes. Then the employees were very chatty and inattentive. One employee was talking so loudly about how she didn't like a particular type of home decor, and it was for "old people" which just so happens to be how I decorate my home. Just a bit unprofessional. The clothes here are expensive and mediocre, the only reason I like them is because they are soft and can be cute. Too expensive though with unprofessional employees that don't even help.

I love Torrid, so could be bias but every time I go it has been a good experience no matter the location. The woman who helped me at this location was very helpful and patient, I can't remember her name but I had a return, while picking up my online order then exchanged one of the items from that order then I couldn't decide what I wanted and she was pleasant the entire time. I definitely appreciate that.

The manager in here is such a sweet lady. She reminded me I could use my torrid cash and saved me some money.
